Customers need support in online travel services

LivePerson interviewed more than 5,700 consumer connection with a report of clients online from the UK, the anticipation checks United States, Australia, France, Germany and Italy online service levels and the reality of what organizations can provide.

The investigation showed that 83% of Internet users to realize that they need a form each during their trip online support. 71% expect to access help when in five minutes online buying, while 31% of this support immediately to expect.
