Andy Green: In the age of Digital customer service is all jobs!

Addressing the annual Annual Conference of the Institute of customer service by, former CEO of Logica Andy Green, explained the technology all companies bother to serve you no matter what industry. He said "The road to front for companies in Europe, dynamic and innovative export-oriented companies create, which can get Europe out of its doldrums".
